A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr Richard Hogben completed his medical training at Adelaide University. He developed a passion for aesthetics over 2 decades ago, and his expertise and ongoing commitment to an optimum standard of quality care led to the creation of Allure Laser and Skin Studio.

Dr Richard Hogben oversees all procedures and treatments provided at Allure and his in-clinic presence provides an added peace of mind to all our new and existing clients. He strives to remain at the cutting edge of the rapidly advancing world of Aesthetics by attending and participating in numerous conferences and workshops Australia-wide and in other parts of the world. He derives great satisfaction from sharing his wealth of knowledge through education and in providing an extensive range of state-of the art equipment, medical grade products and high quality services.

Co-owner of Allure Laser and Skin Studio, Gillian shares her passion in the industry with husband and Cosmetic Doctor, Dr Richard Hogben.

With outstanding experience in medical and cosmetic practices, Gillian is a skilled registered nurse and has broad knowledge and training in cosmetic injectables, various laser procedures and other treatments. Together with Dr Hogben, she oversees the advancement of the clinic in all aspects: from acquiring state of the art equipment and providing high quality treatments to ensuring professional development is ongoing for each and every member of the team.

Specializing in Aesthetic Nursing for the last 15 years, Fiona is a registered nurse of 35 years and is well-equipped with both medical and clinical skills. She has been a lovely addition to the Allure team since 2015 and her keen eye to details along with her aesthetic expertise, enables her to thoroughly enjoy the challenge of combining both the art and science of cosmetic injectables.

Fiona stays at the forefront of this ever changing industry by attending workshops, trainings and conferences. She understands that every client is unique and takes great satisfaction in helping clients achieve the best long-term and ongoing outcomes.

A registered nurse for 30 years, Maura has a varied and extensive nursing career which included travelling and working in remote locations across Australia as well as in several hospital & community health departments.

She has now been specializing in aesthetic nursing over the last 15 years and has been a wonderful part of the Allure Laser and Skin Studio team since 2015. As an aesthetic nurse, she takes great fulfilment in helping clients become their best selves and she continues to aim at making every client’s aesthetic journey a pleasurable one with desirable positive outcomes.

With a goal of helping people find true confidence in themselves and over 5 years of extensive experience and knowledge in laser and dermal therapy, Eva joins the team as a Laser and Dermal Therapist. She holds a qualification in beauty therapy as well as a licence and certification to operate both laser and IPL.

Eva takes pride in her gentle touch and attention to detail. She strives to develop strong relationships with clients by creating a comfortable environment and by empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatments. She believes that taking care of one’s skin is an essential aspect of overall wellness and that combining cutting-edge technology with consistent cosmeceutical regimen, can immensely help a client in their journey towards achieving their skin goals.

With extensive experience in laser and skin rejuvenation techniques, Daphne joins the Allure team as a Laser and Dermal Therapist.

She earned her Diploma in Aesthetics from ITEC in 1998 and has consistently advanced her skills through ongoing education and training, ensuring she stays ahead of the latest industry innovations.

Daphne is deeply passionate about fostering strong, supportive relationships with her clients, guiding them on their journey toward healthier, more radiant skin. Her experience has instilled the values of reliability, dedication, and open communication, all of which contribute to delivering exceptional care.

She is excited to be a part of each client’s transformative experience and is committed to enhancing their confidence and overall well-being.

With 15 years in the industry, Soraya brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to her role. She holds qualifications in medical business administration and management, backed by a strong foundation in customer service. Since joining Allure in 2016, she has played a pivotal role in the clinic’s ongoing growth and success.

Working behind the scenes, Soraya ensures each client’s experience at Allure is seamless. She is accountable for all facets of clinic operations and performance – streamlining systems, ensuring compliance and optimising workflows to maximise efficiency and elevate the overall client journey.

Beyond operations, she implements strategic initiatives for business development and revenue growth. While she takes pride in contributing to the clinic’s ongoing success, she finds the greatest fulfillment in supporting the team and assisting clients from all walks of life.

With keen interest for all things beauty and genuine passion for customer services, it was an easy transition for Lisa to venture from teaching to the aesthetic world.

She joined the Allure team in 2016 and has been nothing but outstanding at performing a variety of duties encompassing all aspects of administration, managing clients and assisting professional staff. She is client-focused and possesses remarkable skills in liaising with all new and existing clients through exceptional customer experience. Her warm and nurturing demeanour makes her the perfect front liner for Allure Laser and Skin Studio.

With qualifications in beauty therapy and make-up artistry as well as exceptional experiences in customer service from aviation, banking and retail, Kirstyn takes on the aesthetic industry as our Client Liaison.

Having acquired excellent interpersonal communication skills, she makes the perfect addition to our dedicated team of front liners. She looks forward to imparting the feeling of positive experience to all clients through her professional & caring demeanour.
