A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr Richard Hogben completed his medical training at Adelaide University. He developed a passion for aesthetics over 2 decades ago, and his expertise and ongoing commitment to an optimum standard of quality care led to the creation of Allure Laser and Skin Studio.

Dr Richard Hogben oversees all procedures and treatments provided at Allure and his in-clinic presence provides an added peace of mind to all our new and existing clients. He strives to remain at the cutting edge of the rapidly advancing world of Aesthetics by attending and participating in numerous conferences and workshops Australia-wide and in other parts of the world. He derives great satisfaction from sharing his wealth of knowledge through education and in providing an extensive range of state-of the art equipment, medical grade products and high quality services.

Co-owner of Allure Laser and Skin Studio, Gillian shares her passion in the industry with husband and Cosmetic Doctor, Dr Richard Hogben.

With outstanding experience in medical and cosmetic practices, Gillian is a skilled registered nurse and has broad knowledge and training in cosmetic injectables, various laser procedures and other treatments. Together with Dr Hogben, she oversees the advancement of the clinic in all aspects: from acquiring state of the art equipment and providing high quality treatments to ensuring professional development is ongoing for each and every member of the team.

A fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr. Hilary Gorges is an exciting addition to the Allure Laser and Skin Studio team as a Cosmetic Doctor.

She completed her medical qualifications at the University of Melbourne in 2014 and developed a strong background in General Practice whilst sustaining her keen interest in health, wellness and cosmetic medicine. She has been strengthening her passion in the aesthetic industry and continues to do so, through ongoing education and training.

Dr Hilary possesses a remarkable attention to detail. Her friendly but honest approach, along with her high level of professionalism, enables her to deliver bespoke treatments that enhances the client’s natural beauty.

Specializing in Aesthetic Nursing for the last 15 years, Fiona is a registered nurse of 35 years and is well-equipped with both medical and clinical skills. She has been a lovely addition to the Allure team since 2015 and her keen eye to details along with her aesthetic expertise, enables her to thoroughly enjoy the challenge of combining both the art and science of cosmetic injectables.

Fiona stays at the forefront of this ever changing industry by attending workshops, trainings and conferences. She understands that every client is unique and takes great satisfaction in helping clients achieve the best long-term and ongoing outcomes.

A registered nurse for 30 years, Maura has a varied and extensive nursing career which included travelling and working in remote locations across Australia as well as in several hospital & community health departments.

She has now been specializing in aesthetic nursing over the last 15 years and has been a wonderful part of the Allure Laser and Skin Studio team since 2015. As an aesthetic nurse, she takes great fulfilment in helping clients become their best selves and she continues to aim at making every client’s aesthetic journey a pleasurable one with desirable positive outcomes.

An advocate for enhancing one’s best features through subtle enhancements, Monique is a wonderful addition to the Allure Laser & Skin Studio team as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse.

She completed Bachelor of Nursing in 2015 and shortly after, embarked on a career in Aesthetic Nursing. She sustains her interest in the aesthetic industry through strong educational foundation & has been constantly advancing her skills and knowledge through participating in masterclasses, workshops and conferences.

Monique’s high standard of care & her warm personality enables her to establish and develop professional relationships with new and existing clients.

Having been in the industry for over 15 years, Megan is a registered nurse and an advanced laser and dermal therapist.

She joined the Allure team in early 2014 as laser and dermal therapist following the completion of her Diploma in Beauty Therapy. She has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients seeking treatment for a variety of skin concerns and has honed her skills and knowledge through ongoing education and attending numerous trainings and seminars in the latest technologies and techniques.

Megan has always had the passion for helping clients’ boost their self-esteem and confidence through achieving their desired cosmetic outcomes. As a result, she has decided to progress her career by completing Bachelor of Nursing and has begun her journey as an aesthetic registered nurse. She strives to developing strong relationships with her clients, earning their trust and providing them with the best possible care.

With a passion for all things skin and a qualification in beauty therapy, Serena is a wonderful addition to the Allure Laser and Skin Studio team as a Laser / Dermal Therapist.

She holds a certification and licence to operate both laser and IPL and brings with her extensive experiences in both spa and clinical settings.

Serena is focused on providing the best client outcomes and prides herself in her compassionate ways to make clients feel at ease. She understands the importance of skin health and has remarkable knowledge in cosmeceutical skin care which she believes when combined with tailored treatments, can make a significant difference in each client’s skin journey and in achieving their skin goals.

With a goal of helping people find true confidence in themselves and over 5 years of extensive experience and knowledge in laser and dermal therapy, Eva joins the team as a Laser and Dermal Therapist. She holds a qualification in beauty therapy as well as a licence and certification to operate both laser and IPL.

Eva takes pride in her gentle touch and attention to detail. She strives to develop strong relationships with clients by creating a comfortable environment and by empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatments. She believes that taking care of one’s skin is an essential aspect of overall wellness and that combining cutting-edge technology with consistent cosmeceutical regimen, can immensely help a client in their journey towards achieving their skin goals.

With outstanding experiences in customer service and qualifications in medical business administration, Soraya joined the Allure Laser and Skin Studio team in 2015.

She ensures each client’s journey through Allure is seamless. She is accountable for all aspects of clinic operations and performance and in supporting and enabling the whole team in providing the highest quality of care and exceptional customer service which translates into a positive experience for each and every client. 

Soraya is also the creative mind behind implementing marketing initiatives for revenue generation. And although she enjoys contributing to the ongoing success of the clinic, she believes that supporting the entire team and assisting clients from all walks of life is by far, the utmost pleasure of her role.

With keen interest for all things beauty and genuine passion for customer services, it was an easy transition for Lisa to venture from teaching to the aesthetic world.

She joined the Allure team in 2016 and has been nothing but outstanding at performing a variety of duties encompassing all aspects of administration, managing clients and assisting professional staff. She is client-focused and possesses remarkable skills in liaising with all new and existing clients through exceptional customer experience. Her warm and nurturing demeanour makes her the perfect front liner for Allure Laser and Skin Studio.

With qualifications in beauty therapy and make-up artistry as well as exceptional experiences in customer service from aviation, banking and retail, Kirstyn takes on the aesthetic industry as our Client Liaison.

Having acquired excellent interpersonal communication skills, she makes the perfect addition to our dedicated team of front liners. She looks forward to imparting the feeling of positive experience to all clients through her professional & caring demeanour.

With a background in animal care and ambitions of becoming a nurse, Olivia is a wonderful addition to the Allure Laser and Skin Studio team as a Client Liaison.

As a welcoming front of house, Olivia brings an abundance of excellent customer service skills and aims to assist each client with her caring and compassionate demeanour. She loves being a part of each client’s journey. And whilst she enjoys witnessing their smiles grow from achieving their desired outcomes, it’s their boosted confidence from transformations – big or small, that she enjoys the most.
