Skin Needling

At Allure, we are proud to offer skin needling, also known as microneedling, as a professional skin rejuvenation treatment designed to naturally stimulate the skin’s own repair processes.

The treatment uses ultra-fine, medical-grade needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin’s surface. While these micro-channels are virtually invisible, they play an important role in triggering the body’s wound-healing response.

As the skin begins to repair itself, it increases the production of collagen and elastin—two essential structural proteins responsible for maintaining firmness, elasticity, and overall skin integrity. This regenerative process helps to gradually improve the skin from within, rather than simply addressing concerns at a superficial level. Over a course of treatments, clients often notice improvements in skin texture, tone, and resilience, along with a softening of fine lines, scarring, and enlarged pores.

Skin needling is most commonly performed on the face, however it can also be safely and effectively used on the neck, décolletage, and other areas of the body where concerns such as uneven texture, stretch marks, or scarring may be present. Because the treatment works by stimulating the skin’s natural healing ability, results continue to develop progressively in the weeks following each session.

Needling is used to:
Stimulate the production of collagen
Assist in the absorption of cosmetic products
Reduce the appearance of wrinkles, pigmentation and sun damage
Treat acne, pimples and blackheads
Reduce the appearance of scarring, stretch marks and cellulite
Reduce the appearance of enlarged pores
Treat alopecia and encourage the growth of stronger thicker hair.

At Allure, we offer two advanced treatment options: traditional SkinPen microneedling and Radiofrequency Skin Needling, which combines controlled needling with targeted thermal energy to further enhance collagen remodelling and skin tightening outcomes.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION: A thorough consultation is always recommended prior to treatment to assess individual skin type, sensitivity, and suitability. This is particularly important for clients with active acne, certain pigmentation disorders, compromised skin barriers, or other underlying skin conditions, ensuring the safest and most effective treatment plan is tailored to each individual.
