Hair Removal

Nothing boosts your confidence like smooth beautiful skin!

We use the Cynosure Vectus Laser – the latest development and one of the most advanced Diode lasers in the world. The advantage of this laser is that it can treat stem cells in the hair follicle and can target precise wavelength necessary for treating hair effectively.

Cooling (with ice and or a Zimmer Chiller™️) is an important part of laser treatment as this helps decrease the thermal relaxation time which means the laser experience is much safer and more comfortable.  If you are unable to feel the laser, it will often mean the energy is low and many more treatments may be required.

All our Laser therapists are fully accredited with Queensland Radiation and has all the necessary certificates and extensive knowledge and training with Laser Therapy. We attempt to give you the best results with the minimal number of treatments needed. All our laser hair removal packages offer 25% saving and 50% saving per session thereafter so you never pay full price EVER again.

Forget the hassle of repeatedly shaving, painful waxing, or the dreary process of electrolysis. Just a few basic treatments with our laser will dramatically reduce hair growth and leave your skin silky smooth – permanently. It provides quick uniform results, no matter your skin type. This next generation laser ensures your comfort throughout, making this the solution you’ve been looking for.

Why choose laser over IPL?
Lasers are far more effective than IPL (intense pulsed light) when it comes to permanent hair removal.
Laser treatments are suitable for all skin types, whereas IPL is generally limited to fairer skin.
Laser treatment does not affect the surrounding skin, but IPL affects the pigmentation in your skin.
Where IPL is very uncomfortable, the advancements in laser technology provide comfort during treatments.
Lasers can be adjusted to suit different complexions to produce superior results, which is not possible with IPL.

How does laser hair removal work?

Your hair grows from hair follicles in your skin. The energy from the laser targets and destroys these hair follicles, leading to permanent hair removal.

Who is eligible for this treatment?

Most people are good candidates for this treatment. We will consider several factors to determine whether this is the best treatment for you. However, our laser system works effectively on all skin types.

Which parts of the body can be treated?

The Cynosure Vectus laser can remove hair from your face, chest, back, underarms, arms, bikini line, and legs. The only exception is the sensitive area immediately around the eyes.

Is this process painful?

The Cynosure Vectus laser is designed with your comfort in mind. At most, you might feel a slight ‘snap’ on the area being treated.

Cooling (with ice and or a Zimmer Chiller™️) is an important part of laser treatment as this helps decrease the thermal relaxation time which means the laser experience is much safer and more comfortable.

What is the duration of each treatment?

The length of each treatment depends on the size of the area being treated. Smaller areas are treated in a matter of minutes, whilst larger areas take approximately half an hour.

How many treatments are required?

At any one time, the hairs on your body are in different stages of growth. Laser treatment only affects those hairs that are in an active phase of growth. Therefore, several treatments are needed to target all your unwanted hair and produce the best aesthetic outcome.

What are the side-effects?

There are very few risks associated with this treatment. The laser targets hair follicles without harming the surrounding skin. Most people experience a sensation similar to mild sunburn in the treated area, sometime with minor swelling. However, this typically only lasts for 2 to 24 hours after a treatment.

Is there a recovery period following treatment?

No recovery period is needed. You can resume your daily schedule immediately after treatment.
